Something that I really love about ore monogatari is that they could’ve made it with Yamato being like “I like him for who he is on the inside.” Or “Its what’s on the inside that counts.” but they didn’t. Takeo is like a big fucking cutie but he’s not what you would call conventionally attractive but despite that Yamato is still physically attracted to him. She straight up thinks he’s hot af just the way he is and there was a never a point where she thought anything negatively or had any problems with how he looked! She just straight up wants a piece of that and wants to also hold hands and kiss and shit and that’s something I really love about Yamato.
